First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for entrusting me with the honor of reigning as the Queen of Miss Africa USA 2023. Your unwavering support and belief in my platform, have been nothing short of inspiring.

My platform ‘‘Designing for Diversity” holds a special place in my heart, as it was born out of my deep love and admiration for my younger sister, who is under the spectrum of Down syndrome. Her journey has taught me the importance of embracing diversity and creating a more inclusive world, especially in the area of education

With your help, I will organize a 3-day seminar in each African country that I will visit. During these three days, I will be sharing my knowledge of Montessori pedagogy with the parents and teachers of your school.

The seminar is designed to provide an overview of Montessori pedagogy and the materials used in the Montessori classroom. During the first day, I plan to give an overview of Montessori pedagogy and the overall history and approach of the founder to education.

On the second day, I would like to give an overview of the materials used in the Montessori classroom, the type of material, and what it teaches the child. Additionally, in the afternoon session of the second day, I plan to give lessons on the materials to the parents and teachers and give them time to practice the materials between each other before they give lessons to the children.

Finally, on the third day, teachers and I could try to implement the materials in the classroom, interact with the children and we can discuss the results in our following emails.
